"This is absolutely the worst product I ever bought. You are better off buying a $20 iron at the store. I have curly kinky hair and it made it completely dry, heavy, and burnt.0D0ASo if you have straight hair already and just want to make it straighter then this would work for you. I was so disappointed with this product. They will be receiving a lot of returns.0D0AToo much $ for no result."

"I am also Africa-America and this is the best product for your hair. I used it on my daughters hair whose hair is really thick and coarse and it made her hair so shiny and soft she loved it. I no longer have to go to the shop to get my hair flat ironed I can now do it myself so you save money and not have to spend money.

Also you must blow dry your hair first or let it dry naturally because it is NOT reccomended to use on wet hair. YOU will not be dissapointed and there customer service is extremely helpful and very very nice."

"First of all, I have to say I agree with the other positive reviews posted here. How can I say more? This product does what they say it will. I am of Irish/German descent and have very thick, wavy, coarse hair. That means that no matter what product I use or straightening process I do, it all comes undone in the Houston humidity. Well, no more! After using this product, my hair is like silk. It is soft, shiny, and stays straight. It does not frizz out in the humidity as it has done for the last 30 years. The TrueCeramicPro is the TRUE ANSWER to getting straight hair that stays that way. It is the best product I have bought in years."

"I am a 21 year old African American female. I have natural hair. It's all virgin, unrelaxed, untexurized in any way. I saw the infomercial and was not convinced with the black women that they used for models. Both of them had relaxers, and very straight hair. A real sistas hair is course, and very tightly curled. Wwhen I used the iron the first time, it turned out no differently than it had when I used a pressing comb. I was very fluffy, and pretty straight, but it still didn't look like a fresh relaxer. But, the next time I used the iron, I used a regular old pressing oil made from isoplus. This time it laid my hair down! I didn't have any puffiness. It looked like relaxer, and got my hair straight from root to tip. But, unlike the infomercial, I haven't used the iron without first sectioning, and blow drying my hair. So in reality, with AA hair, it takes much longer for the entire straightening process. I did only need to slide it thru my hair once, but I had the iron up to 340 degrees before I acheived the desired results. I must say that I'm quite surprised, and very delighted by the resultes. I've been able to walk around for the past week and my hair hasn't frizzed up once. The real test will come when I wear my hair down at the club. "I think this company is a joke! I ordered my iron almost three weeks ago and have recieved nothing. After reading the reviews, I think I will send it back. I too, have not been able to contact the company... convenient aren't they?

"I just ordered the true ceramic pro and I was already ripped off! I ordered it online so I wouldn't have to talk to anybody and they charged me nearly double then what was stated. On the website and on the infomercial it stated only pay $14.99 for S&H for 30 days, yet they charged me $26.12 right off. I very ignorantly didn't write down the phone number from the infomercial to complain and there was no way to contact them on the website. If there's anybody out there who still has the phone number please let me know. Thanx."

"Now the best thing I like about TCP is when I am done doing my hair, I can go outside with the falling snow coming down onto my hair and it STAYS straight! The only things that curl up my hair after using TCP are sweat and shampoo. It will last up to five days before I need to shampoo again - I have dry hair - and I only need to touch up around my ears and neck during this time. The only bad thing I can say about this product is that it works too good - I like to put a little flip at the end of my hair and if I forget to do it while working on that section I cannot go back later and touch it up. TCP will only curl if you do it the first time, it won't let you go back! I have used TCP on my sisters hair and my daughters hair too, they require less heat and it works great for them too. For a quick straightening, I wash my hair, add some after shampoo/anti frizz stuff, let it dry natural, then just pull TCP through my hair using my fingers as the comb. This works great and the end result is straight hair."

"I was just speechless when I finished doing my hair for the first time using my new true ceramic flat iron. I could not beleive the results that I had gotten. Being a African American women, with no perm of any type in my hair. I prefer to press my hair, using a hot comb. I just feel I have a healthier head of hair without chemicals. As of now, I have put away all my other hair grooming tools. Hot oven, pressin comb, curling iron. As I used my new ceramic flat iron, I used less hair grooming creams. All I need is my new ceramic flat iron.
Thank you so very mush for making a tool for me. I have several other flat irons, and nothing I have used has given me the results your flat iron has. I plan to buy another one, I cann't imagine being without my true ceramic flat iron so much I'm going to buy myself a back up one."

"I have coarse, curly hair and the true ceramic pro works great. It does everything it claime to do. What I do is I wash my hair the night before and I rinse out only a little of the conditioner. I always use pantene moisture renewel. I let my hair dry naturally through the night w2F the conditioner still in. In the morning my hair is dry and I use the ceramic pro through sections of my hair. Since my hair tends to be on the dry side, it looks and feels better having the conditioner in it. That really makes a difference. My hair is so soft and shiny my family can't beleive it. It is expensive but I feel it's worth it b2Fc when my hair looks good I feel happy. Give it a try. They offer a 30 day trial period before you even get billed.
