"This company is not reputable -- DO NOT give them your bank account information. I bought the product for 39.95 and when they offered expedited shipping, I took it. They began taking money out of my account -- 3 months later I got the product. THREE months and I paid an additional 33 for that and now they are taking more outof my account! They tell me I agreed to pay for expedited shipping even though they did not expedite it. Now they have my bank account number and can keep taking money out! Would not let me take the matter higher. The company is a rip off. I read that on another review somewhere and decided to make up my own mind. Not a good idea."

"I called to order slim & lift after seeing the infomercial. I was quoted a price of $44.88 to be paid in 2 installments. I did like the product untill I put it on for the second time when the stitching popped off the rear end.
Then I got my bank statement. I knew they had taken one payment of $29.91. When I saw they had taken ANOTHER payment of $29.91 I was VERY upset.
So I called them. The people at the 800 # gave me another number for customer service. This was not a toll free call. The customer service rep was wonderful about the defective item and told me they would ship a replacement free. Then I asked about the price. Then the woman informed me that I had been quoted an incorrect price. The shipping & handling was $19.91 (which just so happens to be the price for a Slim & Lift in a new catolog).
I was furious.
The whole package weighed about 6 ounces. There was "simply nothing she could do". She gave me an address to write to dispute the charges.
This practice can't be legal, is it?
I called the attorney General's office and filed a formal complaint. They will help me negatiate with the company.
I am so sick of this stuff. Three out of three products I bought this way are problems.
NEVER again!"

"I am not a large person (size 6-8) and I could barely get this thing on! There is no way those heavy women on TV were able to get this garment over their hips -- NO WAY! They must have been strapped with some sort of tape or something to hold them in. Plus, once on -- doesn't do much and is not comfortable. I am returning it today and will let you know what kind of "return" service I receive."

"The infomercial did not tell us how difficult the product was to get up on the thighs and hips it was to slim. i bought to size i was told to (large) size 14-16 i could not get it up my leg much less my hips . it was painfull and a struggle so much so to this date i have not worn it. I gave it to a friend who is a size 12 and she could'nt get it on with out struggling also. I could'nt tell you if it works or not because i've not worn it. I plan to write my local consumer complaint office as well as a general e-mail to all who will listen.every one on the comercial is all smiles ,it's hard to believe they just put this thing on and were'nt sweating out of breath,or the look of pain on there faces.
i hate the product. i think it's crap, pourly made and i will never again buy from a tv infomercial again."

"I paid $39.90 for two CB Slim and Lift Silhouettes, $4.19 tax, plus $19.90 S & H for a grand total of 63.99. Outrageous! They make sure they don't get any returns this way! I'm done with infomercials forever!"

"When I recieved my product I was so excited, then I tried it on it was to small so I ordered another size that was to big. I was told to send them back but I would have to pay for the shipping. I waisted $50 on this product and would not recomend anyone buying from this company. Not only do you have something that does not do what it says you are out the money because if you try to refund you end up with only $15 out of the $50."

"I was going to buy the slim n fit. Then I went online to read the reviews of the products and thank you so much for saving me a big headache because I did not read one good review on the product. IT looks like it is easy to put on and claims it is comfortable but because of the opinions of so many people, I have decided to spend more time at the gym. Thank you."

"I ordered the 2 for one price on these and got ripped off on the shipping and handling. They charge you a whopping $19.95 for ONE panty. I ended up paying almost $40 in shipping and handling for the "special deal!" So much for a "free pair." Stupid. Stupid. And of course, the sizes they advertize don't fit American size women so I blew $60 on 2 pairs I couldn't even wear. No point in returning them since the $19.95 S&H for each pair is NONREFUNDABLE!"

"The slim and lift fits fine until it starts to roll down. I am not a very large person I wear a size 8-10. When it gets all the way up to were it is supposed to be any sudden moves and it starts to roll down. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it rolls down. I be calling them today to return it and see what happens."

"I am a size 12, I bought a L 14/16 and I couldn't get this thing past my thighs without hurting myself. This thing is way to small!!! I haven't worn it yet because I can't it to go on...so I can't give an opinion on how it feels, but I can tell you that this thing runs way to small, I HATE IT!!! I was all excited when I finally got it, no I am so angry that I got sucked into such "BS"...Very disappointed"
