"I'm 46 years old and I've tried more than a dozen foundations throughout my life. I've spent a fortune on Channel, Clinique, MAC...etc., not to mention the discount and pharmacy store brands. I never had acceptable, long-term results with any of them. They either leave an unnatural color line, or sink into the wrinkles they're supposed to be concealing, or they just feel yucky. I finally gave up and only used a tinted moisturizer. I thought for sure Bare Minerals foundation would disappoint me as well. I was tickled to be so wrong! I've been using it for about a month and I'm so impressed with it I even emailed the company. It makes my skin look really smooth and natural. I experimented for about two days mixing the shades and trying different combinations. I found the one for me and now it takes less than 5 mins to do my makeup in the morning. And the most incredible part is it looks exactly the same when I get home at 6:00 pm as it did when I left at 7:00 am! I don't even take it to work with me to do touch-ups! I'm just estatic with it! My advice: Try it! You won't be sorry! What do you have to lose?"

"When I first bought this from watching it on TV, I was quite skeptical. I have really crappy skin and find a hard time finding foundation.

I have mild rosacea and really oily skin, so I thought there was no way that a powder foundation could cover up all my skin impurities and last all day. I was wrong! I have to wear a bit more of this makeup than the women on the infomercial did, but it still works as promised! I put it on in the morning, and it stays on all day, even with my oily skin! If it does start buffing off, one quick sweep will bring it back to good again.

The brushes are AWESOME! You can also buy other makeup besides foundation out of the catalog. I haven't bought any yet, but I might in the future.

The only downside to this makeup is that it can get messy when you put it on, so I suggest not putting your nice clothes on until you're done.

I wore this makeup for my wedding and would recommend it to anyone."

"I am a 58 year old woman with a skin condition that burns in the sun , not only does bare minerals help portect me from the sun , continued use has almost erased the lines around my eyes , I look years younger and my skin is soft and supple
I would recommend Bare Minerals over any make up I have ever used . I used to be a make-up hound trying anything new I'll never have to watch another commericial , I know I have the Best."

"It covers up and conceals just like it says it will; it evens out your skin-tone to make your skin look flawless and does not cake up on your skin. This is far superior to a liquid foundation and has the added benefits of an SPF. I'm very happy with this product!"

"My daughter introduced me to Bare Minerals. I am 49 years old and never wore foundation because of the way it felt. Turning 50 this year I am so grateful to find something I can use! It doesn't make your skin feel like it's suffocating. It is easy to use and fun. I feel like I look great when I leave the house. I used to go the weekends without any make up at all, but now I want to put it on! I don't want to be seen without it. And it is good for my skin. You can even where it to bed!"

"I just received Bare Minerals yesterday and I've already had four compliments on how great my skin looks! It was SO easy to apply, and you don't need much product at all for great coverage. It lasts for hours and I'm just really, really happy I can finally ditch the liquid foundations that left my face "cakey feeling." I'll NEVER use anything else, and I'm going to try some of the eye shadows next!"

"Not to be confused with Bare Escentuals, Mineral ID as I initially did. This product is about half the amount of Bare Escentuals. They do not have a return policy. If you don't get quite the right color - a guess with on-line ordering anyway, too bad. You can't return it or exchange it. They will not answer their 1-800 customer service number either. It is a questionable product with the worst attempt customer service I've ever experienced. Actually, I don't know how they stay in business with their lack of customer service."
