Don't Bother Ordering The Bun & Thigh Roller!

"Let's get to the point.

1. Offers little to no resistance for anyone older than 10. I anticipate that adding more resistance bands will just make the scooting problem (see #2) worse. I tried putting tightly wrapped 'bungee cords' on the anchors to see if it would help, and I slid clear across the room. Ugh.
2. Scoots backwards on *every* type of surface. Very bothersome. Oh, and it *will* leave black marks from the rollers on your surface.
3. Not one answer to emails sent to customer support.
4. Operator who answers the phone has NO knowledge of product. '8 levels of resistance'? NO. Nowhere in the instruction manual does it explain how you get '8 levels of resistance'. You stay on hold while they try to find an answer...on YOUR dime. My questions went unanswered.
5. Return ship fee is YOUR responsiblity. By the time you pay to have it shipped to you and then shipped back (for me it would total $34), the '100 money back guarantee' doesn't seem so attractive anymore.

This was a $75 mistake...that I hope I can prevent someone else from making. It was a good idea...too bad it doesn't perform. =("

Shoulder Injury

"Because of where your arms hold onto the base, it has injured my rotator cuff( shoulder) so I can't use it and when you do use it, it shifts backwards on carpet and hardwood floors."

Buy A Fitness Ball

"Buy a fitness ball!! Cheaper and more versatile. Won't slide across the floor. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!I was extremely disappointed. This will do nothing for the areas mentioned, since you have to keep repositioning yourself because the thing keeps moving. Very annoying and a complete waste of money."

Not Worth The Money

"This machine slides across the floor... on ANY surface. Very annoying. Also, the tension rod that comes with it is not enough. You can buy extra tension rod, but mine broke within a couple of months. Found no benefit to having this machine versus doing a regular lunge. I found that good old fashioned lunges were a lot less frustrating and more effective."

Rolled Away My Money

"This piece of equipment is useless. I tried it several times and never felt a thing other than frustration. I constantly have to stop to return it to my starting point because it "rolls" all the way across the floor.I don't feel anything in my legs, thighs or butt! I would strongly recommend that you don't buy this product. It is a waste of money. I only wish that I had found this website before I purchased mine. I am very disappointed in this product, I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone, it didn't do anything for me!"

Dont Wast Your Money

"When using the bun and thigh roller you literally roll to the other side of the room. In 20 mins I had to get up and movie it back to where I started about 10 times. I got more of a work out from standing up. WASTE OF MONEY!"

Happy With The Product

"I have a back injury and therefore can't use many of the products that come out, including the ball. The very good back support has allowed me to use the equipment and I know it's working because of the sore muscles."

Good Product, Still A Waste Of Money

"I know a lot of people had the problem of this thing sliding across the floor. That has never happened to me, or anyone who I have let use it. It is a solidly built product and you will see results with it. HOWEVER, as mentioned by other reviewers, you can get the same result much cheaper with an exercise ball. You can do more on an exercise ball, and with this, as with any machine, being in a fixed position doing the same move over and over will cause some people some joint pain, probably in the knees with this machine."
