Not What I Expected. |
"I got an Ablounge 2 for Christmas from my daughter. The commercial says adjustable foot rest, but the 2 doesn't have that. The lounge 2 seems to be to tall for a short person. Also the place you put your hands is a strap now not a bar. I'm not getting results yet. Will keep trying but looks like it will be another waste of time and money.0D0A"

A Good Product Overall. |
"I bought my Ab Lounge2 at Walmart and I love it. The only problem I've had with it is that after about 2 uses the strap ripped off the bolt. This problem was easily fixed though with some large washers."

My Experience With My New Ab-lounge-2 |
"I bought an ab-lounge2. It was and is the most ultimate experience to loose your stomach and tone everything in the area. It will only work if you only use it. I think it's excellent and I commend the person that designed it. If used properly, anyone that use this machine should see perfect results..."

Good For Abs - Not Good For Ppl With Back Trouble |
"I bought the AbLounge 2 last week and began using it immediately. I have a slightly crooked back, which results in great muscular pain. The AbLounge just made this worse. I do feel that someone with a healthy back would definitely benefit from this machine. You can feel the effort in each of the exercises very well."

I Returned The Ab Lounge 2 |
"Have watched the ABLounge infomercials and once I found out the price I gave up hopes on owning one.
Was very excited to see the company came out with a ABLounge2 and ran to Walmart to buy it as soon as I heard they had it.
Used it for about a week... this product is NOTHING like the original infomercial. The original has a bar across the top...ABL2 has a strap -- was not easy to do the exercises using the strap. Video included was awful lasted all of 90 seconds or something. Written materials were great though!
I'm 5'10" tall and found the ABL2 too short for me and did not feel I was gaining the full benefit of the machine. Also the canvas used on the ABL2 is not as good as the original -- seems like it's cheaper quality and not padded like the original.
I boxed the machine back up and returned to Walmart. They happily returned my cash no questions asked!!!
All in all... save your money and buy the original cause ABL2 just doesn't cut the mustard!"

The Original Seems Like It Might Be Best.... |
"After reading all of the previous reviews I feel bad for the ones who are not satisfied...I just got the Ablounge (original). I really do like it. It comes with a video that shows 5 different ways to work out on it, and it's comfortable. It of course has the bar at the top and the adjustable foot rest which is great because at first i had a hard time adjusting to it. One thing i do not like is that it's heavier than what they make it look like on TV and of course on TV they make it look so easy to fold up. In reality you have to take off 2 bolts and the bungy cords underneath it. It was a little hard to put together but I managed. I just got mine today and i've done the 10 minute video about 8 times today and I feel it working. I feel the burn. I recommend the ablounge 1 over the ABL2. It's worth the extra money and you can pay it in payments. 50 a month. Good luck everyone!!!"

Not Good For People With Back Problems. |
"I purchased the equiptment after a friend said that she lost 3 inches after using it. I have had some lower back issues and after using it a couple of days my back began to hurt. I am sorry to say that I will be returning the machine."

Mostly Satisfied |
"I have the AbLounge Sport or 2......it has the strap instead of the bar so i hold onto the top of the seat cause the strap hurts! Also you can't foldup and put away as the thin bar that hooks between the front and back to support it does not bend so therefore can't fold and put away. Does anybody know where i can change that part so it will bend in middle and allow AbLounge to collaspe???? lol"

Excellent Product |
"My husband purchased the ablounge2 for me recently from walmart. I have neck problems and found that the ablounge2 offers the needed support to my neck and upper back. I have used this product on a daily basis for about 14 days and have experienced unbelievable results. I have never had a flat stomach even though I am 5'00" and weigh 110 pounds. I do between 200 & 300 crunches a day and my 'pouchy' stomach is becoming flatter and flatter. You can feel the burn while exercising. In addition, this machine is easy for me to use. Being short, I use this with the foot rests up instead of down. This makes the necessary movement comfortable for me. I am completely satisfied with this product and highly recommend it to anyone serious about working out his or her abdomen."

Disappointed Mostly In Sturdyness Of Equipment. |
"I got the Ablounge 2. I had to have my boyfriend assemble it. I think it works the upper abs very well, but my lower abs don't seem to be changing much. My BIGGEST disappointment is that the thing keeps falling apart. The bolts fly off during my excercize sessions and I usually don't realize they are off and gone somewhere until the next time I attempt to unfold it and use it again! I also don't find it convenient at all to fold up and store. It's heavy and a pain. You would be better off just leaving it up all the time."
