Works, But Don't Expect Miracles |
"The Ding King worked out pretty well, but don't expect professional results. A number of years ago my car was sideswiped and it resulted in a long narrow dent that covered all three panels on that side. Since it was an older car and I didn't want my insurance to go up, I never filed a claim. Fixing it would have costed probably over a thousand dollars. My husband laughed at me when I brought home the Ding King, but was willing to try it. It required several hours of work, and we ran out of the glue removal solution (they don't give you enough) but found that acetone worked just as well. It took longer than expected because you have to heat and apply the glue, then apply, pull the dent, and remove the glue, then repeat the process over and over for the long dent that I had. It DID improve the dent dramatically, although the results do not look the same as a professional job would. It is definitely not smooth and perfect, but it is about a 65 improvement in the depth and appearance of the dent, and for that it was worth the $30 I paid. Hubby is pretty impressed too."

Worked Well For Small Dents |
"When my wife bought this I immediately went to my 2001 Dodge Caravan looking for dents. Wouldn't you know there was an obvious one in the driver's door that always caught my eye. I worked on the dent for an hour and when done, it wasn't perfect but it now never catches my eye. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 7 or 8."
