Corevolution Review

"Originally I purchased the Corevolution because I had minor back issues and I wanted to see if this would relieve them. The corevolution arrived at my residence within three days of ordering so that was very quick and I figured with free shipping I couldnt go wrong. Initially I tried it 4 days a week for five minutes a day even though it is stated you can use it everyday. The construction is very good and its a handsome machine however it isnt really adjustable for different heights so when using the machine I noticed my private parts were dangerously close to some of the moving parts when performing the actual exercise. After the first week I noticed that my lower back was very sore when standing for prolonged periods of 5 minutes or more. I initially attributed this to the fact that I was getting used to the machine. This however did not change the first three weeks at all as I stayed consistently sore in the lower back region and this continued throughout the whole period I used the machine. I also noticed that when utilizing the machine the positioning puts a lot of pressure on your abdominal region and not in a good way. It always felt like someone had punched me in the stomach after a set. I dont see any possible way to get abdoominal toning from using the machine as the advertisement indicates unless your considering if your back gets stronger then maybe it creates a better balance between front and back? When I called to return it because I thought $500.00 was very pricey for the machine especially after using it I was notified I was responsible for the return shipping and handling myself and maybe I should have clarified this originally. It is a very large and heavy box(which was very damaged from the original shipping) so if you dont have a truck you might have some trouble shipping it back unless you arrange to have it picked up. Also it cost me $130.00 to ship it back so keep that in mind. Overall I can probably purchase a hyperextension machine from a gym equipment outlet and it would accomplish the same thing and it wouldnt cost as much."
