"I've owned this trimmer for about one year. The batteries will no longer hold a charge over ten minutes. The spool retaining clip keeps comming off and then the spool spins out leaving a tangled mess you can't use any more. Given the cost of this product I expected much more. I like the fact that it's cordless but I whould not reccomend it."
