The Product Is Great! |
"I purchased 6-Second Abs at a Sporting Goods store yesterday and brought it home and used it. I can't do regular crunches because of a bad knee but I used the form they recommend sitting and I felt the burn after only 10 reps. I let my daughter try it because she exercises regularly and she felt it too and this morning she tells me that her stomach muscles are sore so that is proof that it works. The no pain no gain principle. I have used practically every product out there to no avail so I am hoping that 6 Second Abs will live up to it's name and so far it does. I am anxious to keep track of my progress after using it on a regular basis! I would recommend this product to everyone just based on the burn that I felt after 10 reps. They also have an exercise and diet program to follow so we will see!!"

This Product Works |
"I just used my 6 second abs a couple of days ago. It was delivered to my office and we were all playing around with it. I was demonstrating the proper technique and in a little while my abs were burning! I workout 6 days a week and usually make ab training at least 3 sessions out of those. I can especially tell the difference in the lower ab workout they provide."

6 Sec Abs......$ 60 In Trash |
"I bought this product, firstly it didnt work....secondly it gave me lower back pain and the resistanse bands broke on me. i would not recommend this to anyone...especially people with back pains. the workouts in the dvd were not motaviting at all. it just sits in my closet... i think running and old fashioned crunches are the best deal."

Its Work But Its Broke Fast! |

Use It To Lose It! |
"Six Second abs gets you going! I was bored and therefore NOT DOING regular sit-ups /crunches so I looked for something I could use at home found this, glad I bought it! Comes with a useful DVD with exercise routines including aerobic workout
without the Ab machine. Only problem with video is it shows
a clip of guy using the machine while laying on the ground and talks about this and other"

Great Stuff!!! It Works. |
"This is definatly the best ab trainer i have ever used. It's got all the stuff you need to work on... your obliques, upper and lower abs... i got results in a week or so and it is GREAT...i honsetly think everyone should use it if they want those abs... it even has a daily diet booklet including a video that teaches you how to work the material and a free total body workout video...this isn't a fake deal, its the real thing...its the best of the best"

Not Happy With The Product |
"I've been doing aerobics for 18 years, so it's not like I'm completely out of shape. I returned it because every time I pushed down it pressed into my thighs so much it really hurt!!0D0AI tried putting a pillow between the machine and thighs for more cushioning, didn't help at all, still left a big red mark on the top of my legs!0D0AOUCH! I'm much happier with my Core Secrects workout ball and tapes!!!!"

Works Alright But Broke Quickly |
"Machine works alright, mostley helps with form - of course takes much longer than 6 seconds total. It broke after just a few weeks though and since purchased at Walgreens w/out rcpt could not return."

I've Tried The 6 Second Abs And It Isnt Worth It.. |
"I love buying products from infomercials.0D0AI ordered the 6 Second Abs about 4 months ago. I'm a vegetarian who is very health conscious, so I always watch what I eat. I followed the diet plan and the exercise regime that the product instructed and in a total of 4 months,I've only lost 3 inches off my waistline. I used the product for about 1 hour a day, 5 days a week. This product really didnt give me the reults that I thought it would. I would NOT reccomend this product. Keep your money!!"
