Terrible Program

"Don't buy this product. This program gave me severe tendonitis in both knees. One year later i still have problems with my knees. This program is terrible on your joints. I was a seasoned exerciser and the damage from this program changed my life for the worst! Stay away from it, it's dangerous!"

Only Good For Skinny People

"I found these exercises very boring, the lady doesn't motivate you at all. on top of that, those exercises are for people that are slim and only want to tone their body. For a person that is heavy will not work. Don't waste your money in something that won't keep you motivated for the rest of the workout."

Product Is Good

"These workouts are great. I really enjoyed doing them and it made me feel good. It's true that it is bad on your knees. There are a lot of lunges and squats, but I think it's worth it. I had excellent results (not as good as the ones on the commercial). I would recommend this workout to anyone that is looking for something fun and not too complicated."

Halfway Through!

"I'm only halfway through with the Slim in Six process and I wish that I had shorter shirts and skirts. But, what I think is so much better than my abs so far is my legs.All I have to do to get my calf muscles to show is stand Plus, my outer thighs and hamstrings are nearly rock solid. I would definetly reccomend this product to person who has an hour a day to stay healthy. Also you can use any type of energy pill with the course which i would recommend."

Great Program If You're Willing To Work For It

"Slim in 6 is a great program. It is NOT easy,28not a miracle overnight fix29 but when you are done with each workout, you FEEL like you have worked out and you begin to see results RIGHT AWAY. The inches start coming off within the first few days, and depending on how much flab you have covering your muscles 28I had a lot29new muscle definition comes pretty early too. Because you are building muscle, weight loss 28a la scale29 does not happen immediately, and it is possible to gain weight even as you are losing inches. It is less than 1 hour a day, and if you are willing to make the commitment, it is worth it. They also suggest an eating plan, but if you just eat reasonably, or are following another healthy eating plan 28can't eat fast food supersized meals three times a day and expect results29, you will still succeed at the program. In 6 weeks I don't see how you could not be satisfied if you are following it correctly."

"Most exercise positions were really bad for your knees and joints. However, the abs workout and stretching exercises are the best I've seen anywhere."

Loved Each Segment

"The DVDs were very nice and wonderful, each segment very clearly laid out and timed. I've done fitness videos for a few years and these are certainly top notch. The only caveat is that the other products they sell are not so highly rated. I ordered the three extra sets of handles in addition to the free set, and none arrived until several weeks later. I was quite disapointed with that, but I think that is more of a problem with the merchant I used than anything. Do your shopping carefully and you should be fine! Overall, I'd recommend this product!.."

Great Product

"I started slim in 6 about 7 weeks ago, I am 14 5,3 120 pounds. Before slim in 6 I was lifting weights, and getting about 115 minutes of arobic exercise each day. I have gotten great results from slim in 6, and I continue to do it. I find it is hard to work in a time to do the program, and I am only 14.It is a pretty intense program, but the supplements really give you alot of energy, I follow Atkins, and I continued to do so while doing slim in 6. I lost about 5 percent body fat so far.... I love it! Just make sure your motivated, and ready to work. The program can fly by, just don't mope about it, or it might go pretty slow. Each time you are a little more fitter, thinner, and closer to your goal."

Good Videos, Watch Out For Billing

"I have the "Slim in 6" and the "Power 90" workout videos from beachbody.com. I give high praise for these programs. They are good workouts. Each come with a guide2Fdiary and online message boards to help you keep on track and stay motivated. It's no "magic pill", you will have to eat right and sweat, but you will feel better and lose weight. 0D0AThe dietary plan could be better, it's basically a foldout of good foods to eat, and a few tips. 0D0AMy only complaints are that it's fairly high price for basically a workout video, and you have to watch out for "subcriptions", they tried twice to bill me for vitamins, either it was in the fine print, or part of a scam. Try to buy it off ebay, etc; for a better deal."
