"Frustration when the base pieces came apart with the slightest movement; I superglued the whole thing...problem fixed! The small containers are too small; the largest often is not large enough. Remedy...less small and more large. Lids often do not fit properly resulting in dumped food. If used in the freezer, hold on tight! These containers break easily if dropped when frozen!"

"The product is exactly how they advertise it on TV. Several problems: took a very long time after we ordered the product to receive it; about a month after we received the product, we received another one and of course another charge to our credit card. Be careful when ordering because I do not know if I ordered it incorrectly and thats why I received two."

"I was a bit hesitant about this product, but I have to say...I really like it. We use the containers way more than I thought we would...although, we don't utilize the slide out option on the base that they sit on. I love the fact that they all just sit there together all in one place. No more looking for lids!! My only complaint is that there should be more larger containers and fewer of the really small ones. But, overall, I use this product almost daily and I am very satisfied."

Never received. Called 16MAR2005. They said it
was shipped 13MAR2005. Credit Card was billed
$87.72 14MAR2005. As of 06ARP2005, still have hot
received Smart Spin. Phone (203)868-0332 is
always busy. They never respond to E-Mails.

"This is one awful company. Only way to contact company is if you want to order something. I ordered on 2/5/05 and on 4/13 still have not received. The only # for customer service is a NON toll free # and I had to call one time after another for an hour to get past the busy signal and finally got a person who said they charged my account $72.64 instead of $27.94 because they claim I ordered 3 knives for $9.99 a piece (which I did NOT order) which made s&h charges $22.+. Still have not received the smart spin...."

"I sent my check for my smart spin in January and as of April 12 I have not received the product. I have called numerous times and the line is always busy. This is a huge rip off!!!"

"The idea behind this product is good, however it doesn't deliver. The containers comes in three sizes. The smallest container is extremely small, and the medium container is also very small. Only the largest container is a decent size, and it still isn't very large. If the container sizes were better, this would be a good product."

"Bought it at Walmart. Cheaper than the web site.
Great for storage in the Motorhome. On our next visit to Bellingham we will buy another one for our home, and get rid of all the tupperware."

"I ordered my Smart Spin on Jan. 28/05 and never received it until April 13/05.
It is of very poor quality and one of the lids broke the first time I tried it on.
Good concept, but too bad they couldn't use quality containers and a better stand. These containers are basically the same as the disposable kind.
Don't waste your money on this."

"This is really similar to the old regular square freezer containers that all used the same size lid, only varied in depth. My mom always used them for freezing fruit. The containers are identical in size to those. The platform is a bit flimsy. Probably dipping the ends in a little glue before inserting would help that immensely. What they show is what you get. If you have to store a casserole you will be forced to slice it into appropriately sized squares and stack one on top of enother."
