I bought the ZeroOdor product because of tv ads. We have two dogs that urinated on our carpet when we were away and the dogsitter was late getting here. We had a series of stains that allowed me to make side-by-side tests of several products. The ZeroOdor product did NOT remove the stain nor did it remove the odor. It did not perform any better than several other products I tried. My wife and I agree that ordinary Windex glass cleaner actually works better than ZeroOdor. So did my own mixture of 1 tsp dish detergent and 1 tsp bleach in a quart of water.

The first time I used Zero Odor, I was amazed at how well it eliminated the cat odor. It solved all my problems.I was completely satisfied. We then acquired another male and the problem started again. I reordered Zero odor, but this time it smelled more like watered down clorox cleaner, and it has not done its job. I want it to work like the first time. I love it and I miss it. For some reason when I spray this product on the soiled area, it does not even eliminate the smell. I know something happened when it was being processed, because the first batch I bought was fantastic. Can someone send me another order? Will I have to pay for it again? I am willing to do this, but I am afraid the recipe may have changed or something. I am at a loss because I really liked the Zero Odor product and how quickly it worked. Please help me with this problem. I would gladly be a staunch supporter again if you can figure out what happened to this last batch. I have even poured the product straight from the bottle instead of spraying it on the carpet, and it does nothing. I have gone through a double order this time trying to get it to work. I don't know how they've done it, but this product REALLY works!! I've tried the peroxide/baking soda mix, which also works. However it is a real mess to use and has to be prepared each time you use it. Zero odor is already prepared and is amazing! We had a MAJOR mess with an incontinent dog and cats going outside of litter boxes. Zero odor helped almost immediately!! I love this product and am recommending it to all my friends. I bought a double order to start, but will definitely be back when that's gone. Also, the website is very easy to use, the charges are upfront and clear, and I received the product quicker than I expected.

Product absolutely removed ALL odors from drapes, carpets, cars, basement, cottage, and closets. No more stinky smoky husband (he's still here, just the odor is gone) and no more puppy accident smell. Cooking odors gone *poof*! Musty odors gone! I've spent hundreds of dollars on all types of products: from enzyme, perfumes, to peroxide based. This product WORKS. It worked so well, I bought extra bottles for the cottage, motorhome, and tents. Now you can't even tell I store my fishing gear in my trunk all summer! I can't say enough how much I like this product!

since they refuse to divulge the active ingredient, it's probably just another hydrogen peroxide based product like OxyClean. meanwhile, you can buy a whole bottle of peroxide in the grocery store for a dollar. i've been using it to remove pet stains and odors for 20 years. peroxide removes any organic stain or odor. pet stains, body fluids, food stains, etc. it's not some huge secret.

I have been looking for a product to deal with an car odors, and I found it with this product. It really works!

I have a new dog about a year old. It was raining and he came in with that damp smell. I sprayed Zero Odor and it took the smell right away. It doesn't cover the existing odor -- it just takes it right out. It was fantastic.
