True Ceramic Pro Infrared Ionic Styler

Metal or cheap imitation irons can scorch your hair! The TrueCeramicPro combines dual-sided, genuine ceramic plates with 15 millimeter solid ceramic heaters that work together to create consistent, infrared heat that straightens and curls at the molecular level. Negative ions are emitted to seal the hair cuticle - locking in the color, moisture and shine! TrueCeramicPro's baked ceramic plates are extremely durable and provide superior temperature performance. In addition, ceramic conducts and maintains heat far more efficiently than any other material in existence!

True Ceramic Pro Is Great! But...
Posted on 07/30/08 by Tiara from NC
I love the TCP. I've had it for FOUR YEARS!!!!! Back when they sent shampoo, conditioner and all that... It works wonders!!! I'm black and native american with THICK wavy hair. It makes my hair flat and beautiful without frizz. I used to use black and gold flat irons but it ALWAYS made my hair frizzy. Be sure to completely dry your hair before flat ironing no matter what flat iron... SILLY ME. I am interesting in swithing to Kiyoseki (spelling????) What makes it so much better???? I just may stick to what i know... or until it breaks... THEN I'll try something else.

Great Product & Easy To Use!
Posted on 01/14/07 by Jaymee from Los Angeles, CA
I am A.A/Hispanic- I have very curly and dry hair. I've had the TCP for a about 2 1/2 years and it still works great. I relaxed my hair once and decided not to do it again, instead i use the TCP and i have never had a problem with it. I've tried other straighteners; I also own the Maxiglide but it fails in comparison to the TCP. I am convinced that i cannot live withou this product.

I love my true ceramic pro, I've had it for a year and it works just as good as the day I got it. It really does last wash to wash and it holds up perfect in humidity- My hair ends up perfectly stick straight and really shiny in 1/3 of the time that it took me with my other straightner. And it comes with this carrying case that has a metalic lining, so I straighten my hair anywhere. Its fabulous. The cord is 10 feet long and it swivels and doesn't tangle. I just can't say enough good things!

 Not Worth Your Money.
Posted on 09/17/05 by Liza from Burlington, NJ
Ok, the TCP is pretty good and it does straighten your hair and whatnot. BUT it does not last long. Ive had mine for 2 months and i would use it everyday. Right now its condition is that the red paint has peeled off and it doesnt turn on anymore. Atleast i can get a full refund for it. I bought a CHI ceramic straightening iron at Trade Secret for the same price. (no extra money for shipping needed) and it works even better than the TCP. i has a 1 year warranty. the TCP has a 6 month warranty. The CHI seems to keep hair straighter, longer. It does the same things as the TCP but it is better in several ways. Also it is a bit thicker than the TCP. Oh and on that whole thing about the TCP and it keeping yourhair straight through humidity. It is BS because i straighted my hair and when i went outside it got wavy right away. So yeah if you plan on spending money on the TCP you might as well buy a ceramic iron in a store. They are all pretty much the same. I recommend a CHI. I know several people very happy with it. I bought a Paul Mitchel yesterday. It is the same as the Chi but more expensive b/c of the name but i got a discount.

 Not Good Qaulity
Posted on 09/07/05 by Lisa from WV
Well i bought the iron and I thought it did a good job so i didnt return it. I now regret that!! The whole reason i was so enticed was because of the gaurantee that it wasnt "painted" on ceramic like cheap imitations....one month later almost exactly (yet after my 30 day trial)my iron is chipping extremely bad and exposing silver metal!! I never dropped it or anything it is just chipped paint!! they said they will send me a new one...im not so sure this one will be any better i feel lied to!!!!

 True Cermaic Pro
Posted on 08/17/05 by Donna from Merritt Island Florida
My True Ceramic Pro's paint peeled off almost immediately. Was sent a postcard from them stating "some" were bad and to contact them with my order # for replacement. Contacted them and requested replacement 3 times. This was 2 months ago. I still have nothing but a damaged iron to show for 160.00. This item will fry your hair.

This Product Is Really Super Awesome
Posted on 08/06/05 by Chrissie from Houston, TX
I've got really long ringlets that get really frizzy, plus where I live has alot of humidity. I've used a bunch of flat irons and tried blow drying and chemicals and all of that and my hair was still all frizzy and poofy. I used the TCP and it got really super straight and was still soft. It's bouncy and really awesome!

 Loved It.....at First!
Posted on 07/08/05 by Stephanie from Houston, TX
This was wonderful at first. I have naturally course curly hair, I'm black/white and have tried everything, from straighteners to chemical straighteners to perms. They worked but left my hear poofy. This worked great right out of the box. I was amazed. About 2 months later it started leaving my hair poofy again. So I called and they said it was a defect and sent me another one. Great customer service. I still love it, and the new one is working great!
