I'll tell you when I get it!!
Posted on 02/19/10 by Gary from Canberra ACT Australia
I'll give a review when I get it!! They stated that delivery could take up to 28 "working" days. So far it's been 29 "working" days, 41 days in total, and all I've had are apologies, excuses and requests for patience, when I call to ask where it is. After reading the negative comments I'm beginning to wonder if I shouldn't call and ask for my money back?
BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT'S THE SHIZ!

I've had my magic bullet for four years now and I use it almost daily. It has never broken. Granted it is a bit on the loud side. I use it to make mousse and to chop cheese, hard candy, onions, you name it. The mousse always turns out creamy. This is a great product.
Very Poor Design - Don't Buy...will Need Fixing
Posted on 02/16/09 by kevin from minneapolis, mn
Whoever thought it was a good idea to use a PLASTIC gear to power the unit, and attach it to a METAL motor gear were thinking one thing....we will have people paying more to fix this product, let's build cheap crap and the American-buying-"suckers" will buy it. What a horrible design! Have hardly used mine (two now, after already replacing one). And, you have to replace the entire unit, not just the gear ($20.00 more, plus shipping). BAD news folks....DO NOT BUY this junk.

I am so very upset with the sooooooo called Magic Bullet that I could just scream....... this so called applicance does not what the ad on tv states, in fact it does nothing.. I tried the ham salad, putting little pieces of ham in with mayo and started to mix it. BOOOM, BANG, BANG, NOW WHAT NEXT WITH THIS THING? THE PLEASTIC IN THE BASE BROKE RIGHT IN HALF. WHY, OH WHY DIDN'T THEY MAKE THIS OUT OF DIFFERENT MATERIAL THEN PLASTIC? WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? the ham and mayo at the bottom was JUICE and the rest left chunks. I had cut the ham up in little pieces and still it BROKE. HOW IN THE WORLD IS IT LEGAL TO SELL CRAP LIKE THIS????? IF i WANT A SHAKE I USE MY BLENDER, I KNOW AT LEAST IT WORKS......... RIPE OFF THE AMERICAN HARD WORKING PEOPLE JUST TO MAKE A DIME....... WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO????? PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE, PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, DON'T WASTE IT ON THIS............ YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET AND SORRY ABOUT SUCH A SO CALLED PRODUCT......

I have also had my bullet for over a year with no problems at all. I was hesitant about buying it due to all the bad reviews and my normal bad luck but am sooo glad I went for it.
The Only downfall I found is that it is loud but even that doesn't bother me anymore because it is so fast to make whatever I'm making. Has saved me well over what I would have spent in 2 days at our normal frappachino spot (*arbucks)and makes great smoothies, salsa, queso and milk shakes. Works beautifly for fresh grated cheese too. It works great for my onions being that I only use it for a second or two for large chunks not smaller pieces. I'm sorry for those with bad experiences but I will buy another if anything(Lord Forbid) ever happens to mine.
Great Blender...

LOVE the Blender...I've had mine for nearly 1 year and use it almost every day.
PROS:
Use flat blade for grinding coffee beans, powerding oatmeal, grinding flax seeds... Tried the chocolate mouse and it was wonderfuly fattening.
Use Cross Blade for smoothies, scrambling eggs, milk shakes and other mixed drinks. Also use for mincing garlic. Onions turn to mush. Tried the cheese cake recipe and it wasn't half bad.
CONS:
VERY LOUD when blending ice in smoothies. I have to cover it with a cloth to muffle the noise.
The only thing we've had to replace so far was a seal. Other than that, nothing broken. The only thing we put in the dishwasher is the the large & small mixing containers. Hope this helps.
Please Don't Buy This Product

I was totally blown away when I saw the magic bullet being advertized, so I ordered it right away. BIG MISTAKE!!Calling it junk is a huge understatement. It's the biggest rip off!!It cannot be used the way you see it on tv. Please spare yourself the heartache and go to walmart, or target and get a regular blender, food processor or juice extractor. At least you'll have something that works...and trust me...you'll have your meals much quicker.
A Big!!!!! Piece Of Junk

I bought this for my mother for Christmas, we started to re-do her kitchen and didn't get a chance to try it till now. Turned both onions and celery to mush. Even tried just using short runs and nothing. I cut the onions and celery by hand faster and smaller. Would NOT recomment it. Should have known better. My small chopper works much better.
Amazing Stupid Commercial.

why in this day,the year 2007. Why Would you have a woman in one of your commercials smoking a cigarette at the same table you are preparing food ? Not only is it distasteful but it is amazingly disgusting. She herself should be imbarrased in spite of the money she is getting for her part in the commercial.
