This Product Is Fantastic!

After a hysterectomy, my doctor prescribed hormones. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was quickly taken OFF hormones! I've always struggled with my weight, but after menopause (even surgical), it is much more difficult to lose weight. How wonderful to have a product that specifically addresses MY needs for this difficult time of life!!! Estrin-D works great, and I highly recommend it!!

Kept Me Awake At Night

I did not notice any beneficial effects from the product, but I did not take it very long. Just a few days after I started taking it, I found myself waking up pretty much every hour on the hour at night. When I discontinued use, my normal sleeping pattern came back. So, while it may help some people, be aware of this possible side effect.
