Dont Buy, They Don't Stand By Their Products

Piece of garbage!!!Don't waste your money!!! I have the original cardio cruiser which I liked until the cable started to snap. They replaced it once, it happened again recently and they told me they no longer replace parts for it. In other words, tough luck, buy the new one. Now I have a piece of exercise equip that I can't use and I'm certainly not spending another $300 for a new one. If they would give credit towards a new one I might consider but they don't. I'm not rich but apparently Jake is by ripping people off and not standing by his product!!

Not So Please With The Product

I was so excited about this machine when I received it as a gift. To say the least the resistance dial can't be turned hardly, let alone to make it challenging. Then the arm bars are loose, they hit the base causing a rubbing sound, it squeaks, and after one use the seat is ripping. What next? This was suppose to be the gift of health not problems!

Absoluely Good Machine

as a herniated disc sufferer, the cardio cruiser is my answer to fitness without pain. also gentle to the knees. it is fun to excercise with this unit. the only flaw is the pulley belt. it breaks after a couple of months use. replacement is available only through body by jake , and they honor the warrenty. it take a while and i hate the break in the routine. please make a stronger belt that last a couple years atleast. but i love the unit. without dieting i lost some pounds and inches in a month @ 30 min x 5days a week.. live to ride, ride to live

Great Substitution For Outdoor Exercise.

I am pleased with the cardiocruiser. This is a great substitution for my walking and jogging.I can listen to my music or watch TV while exercising in the privacy of my home. This machine is very convenient. It gives me a good workout. Thanks Jake!!

What Opinion, Cant Even Get Hold Of Them

I might like Cardio Cruiser, but who knows. Sent my order in over 6 weeks ago. Tried to contact over 8 scorces to find out where or how to get it. NO customer service whatsoever, and no phone number to reach them, and believe me, i have tried them all. love it when you ad says someone actually got a live person other then a salesman..bull.

A Very Nice Machine For The Money

I think this is an excellent machine. most people will sit on a chair or couch while watching t.v. and claim they're too lazy to exercise. this machine allows you to not only watch t.v. but exercise at the same time without really noticing you're exercising.
it's a nice machine and for a non-commericial machine, it's well made. I highly recommend this machine.
the only problem i'm having with it is it's squeeking quite a bit.
I've tried wd-4o and white lithium grease but it doesn't help.
I contacted the company and they are sending me a replacement part.
this is truly excellent customer service.

Great Workout - Great Price

Sturdy- quiet and easy- but, an effective cardio workout all the same. This is a plus for anyone with knee or hip issues- no impact at all. Probably the least inpact of any equiptment for cardio I have ever tried. Got my heart rate up to my max in just minutes. They should add a calorie burned monitor and perhaps a heart rate monitor into the handle grips so you could keep track or your progress- other than these two improvements that would add alot to the workout- the cardio cruiser is a good buy.

Very Impressed, I'm Recommending It

it is a great piece of equipment, you get a work out with it. I feel it is very more sturdy, although the cord going back and forth under the seat is a little flimsy. I am impressed because you can adjust your resistance and get a good workout while sitting down and watching tv. This is the first machine of its type that I have seen, it is a very good idea, and I can keep it in my apartment with a low amount of noise and space!
